"One problem is that while the haves want market forces to operate freely, they are not prepared to follow the logic of this system. According to classical economic theory, goods, labour and capital should be able to move freely wherever they are most efficiently utilized and where the returns are highest.
But modern champions of the free market are not willing to allow labour to move without tight controls, while they insist on the free movement of goods and capital.
Where does this leave the have-nots?"
